Delivery and charges

All products provided by Vaya Home Ltd. will be shipped through the courier company Econt. Upon order and after confirmation by you, the shipment will be forwarded within five (5) to ten (10) working days, to an Econt office or a personal address.

The delivery of all products is paid by the customer, except for orders over BGN 800, where delivery is free. Its cost is formed based on the volume of the shipment, cash on delivery fee (in the case of payment upon delivery), and final shipping address. Each customer will be notified of the amount to be paid upon confirmation of their order.
Upon receipt of your shipment, you will be given the option to view and test it before paying for it. In cases where it is payment on delivery, you will be provided with a postal receipt as your payment document. You should add it to the documents attached to the shipment. You will need it for the cases in which you wish to use warranty service, return, or replacement of the product.

Free delivery on all products over BGN 800.
When ordering a product that is out of stock, the delivery can be completed within 1 month from its confirmation.
